Then I went and had them install a whole fence around the back yard, love the smell of real Red Cedar and 10 years later it ages a perfect natural grey to blend in. Will buy here again A+A+A+

The folks at Jaacks did a terrific custom fence job.  Bob and Gina spent a lot of time with us to make sure our design would work with the space and materials; then Sergio and Nestor - the on-site crew - built perfectly to specifications, including adjusting a few things on the fly to deal with a strong sloping lot line, our desire for a dutch door, and the need to work around the quirks of our property.  Patient, very tidy, and superb results.  We LOVE our new fence.

I had no idea who to call to fence my backyard, so I asked around.  Luckily, a friend recommended Rustic Fences in Niles!

Jerry met with me to talk about what I wanted, showed me some photos of different kinds of fences, and recommended the batten-board traditional based on the size of my dogs, and the need for a secure fence.  He measured the yard, and even asked which way I wanted the gates to swing.  I had not even thought of that little detail!  Thankfully, he was able to make a few recommendations based on a little bit of common sense, and experience.

The installers came two days later, right on time.  They asked a few questions, looked at my plat of survey, and got to work.  At the last minute, we decided to add a small fence around our air conditioner unit to prevent the dogs from urinating on it (which we learned damages the unit!), and the installers were able to call Jerry to get a price, and add a few more materials to the delivery.

These guys were freaking amazing.  They worked through the rain, and were fastidious about making sure the fence was level and the lines were straight.  In fact, several neighbors stopped by during the process to give us compliments on how nice the fence looked and on the great job the installers were doing.

When you need a new fence (and believe, I know there are a lot of crappy fences out there that need to be replaced!), don't hesitate to call these guys.  I am super impressed with the work they did!
